Out of environmental consciousness, Brooklyn Borough President Reynoso will respond to FOIL requests with electronic records by default via Open Records. Where hard copies are requested or a response requires the provision of hard copies, Brooklyn Borough President Reynoso produce such records at a fee of $.25 per page for photocopies not to exceed nine inches by fourteen inches (9×14). Where the page size exceeds nine inches by fourteen inches, we shall compute the actual cost of reproduction of the record pursuant to the Public Officers Law § 87(1)(c). Where reproduction of records is not feasible, or where a requestor seeks to inspect records, we will make the records available for inspection at a specific date, time, and location within Brooklyn Borough Hall to be designated by the Records Access Officer, though the time will be within the office’s regular business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Where applicable, the exact date, time, and location of such inspection will be stated in the response letter.
