UNIFORM LAND USE REVIEW PROCEDURE PUBLIC HEARING

October 15 @ 6:00 pm8:30 pm

The following agenda items will be heard:

1) Constellation CB 3

A UDAAP and disposition to facilitate two new four- and seven-story buildings, containing a total of 34 residential units is being sought by HPD at 908 Madison Street and 1901 Atlantic Avenue in the Bedford- Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 3.

Constellation CB 5

A UDAAP and disposition to facilitate two new three- and four-story buildings, containing a total of 14 residential units is being sought by HPD at 881 New Jersey Avenue and 650 Glenmore Avenue in the East New York neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 5.

Constellation CB 16

A UDAAP and disposition to facilitate three new six-story buildings, containing a total of 36 residential units is being sought by HPD at 1794 St. John’s Place, 85 Legion Street, and 250 Herzl Street in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 16.

Constellation CB 17

A UDAAP and disposition to facilitate a new four-story building, containing 12 residential units is being sought by HPD at 395 East 94th Street in the East Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn, Community District 17.

2) 395 Flatbush Avenue Extension

A zoning map amendment from a C6-4 to a C6-12 district, a zoning text amendment, Disposition of City-owned property, Combination Site Selection and Acquisition, an Amendment to the Brooklyn Center Urban Renewal Plan, and Zoning Certification (ZR 66-21), to facilitate a 1.1M SF mixed-use development (1,260 units, 325 to 380 MIH units) is being sought by NYC HPD, DCAS, and DOHMH, at 395 Flatbush Avenue Ext in Downtown Brooklyn, Community District 2, Brooklyn.

1417 Avenue U Rezoning

A zoning map amendment from R5/C1-3 to R7A/C2-4, a text amendment to map a Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Area (ZR Appendix F), and a cancellation of a restrictive declaration to facilitate a new 83,166 square foot, 7-story residential (71,792 sf) with approximately 76 dwelling units, of which 19-23 units would be permanently affordable, and commercial (11,374 sf) mixed-use building, are being sought by 1417 Avenue U Holding LLC at 1417 Avenue U, Homecrest, Community District 15, Brooklyn.
