Brooklyn Sustainable Building Resource Fair

Attend the Sustainable Building Resource Fair to be connected to experts and experienced contractors* who can kickstart your building’s sustainability upgrade. This event is for buildings of all sizes whether you are looking to decarbonize a small brownstone or undertake major upgrades on a large building to be compliant with Local Law 97. We’re here to help! Explore over 45 exhibits and/or attend a workshop. Come to learn about heat pumps, solar, weatherization, HVAC, lighting, electric, renewable energy, green infrastructure, and waste management for your building, as well as monetary incentives, financing, and tax credits to help you do the work.

The event is co-sponsored by Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso and Council Member Lincoln Restler in partnership with Building Energy Exchange, NYC Accelerator, ConEdison, Wildan, New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation (NYCEEC), Bronx and Brooklyn Clean Energy Hub, Association for Energy Affordability, Solar One, Center for New York City Neighborhoods, CUNY Building Performance Lab, NYSERDA, IMPACCT Brooklyn’s EnergyFit Program, The Community Preservation Corporation – Climate Friendly Homes, RETI Center, Energy Opportunity Lab (Center on Global Energy Policy), New Yorkers for Clean Power, and Sane Energy Project.

*Contractors will not provide consultations or estimates for their services at this event, but they will serve as another resource providing information to constituents attending the event. Participation in this event does not constitute an endorsement of the contractor or their respective business by the New York City Council, the Brooklyn Borough President, or the City of New York.
